Registry Managers can view those Registrants who have selected This is not me in the Registrant Portal and are unable to complete the Questionnaire, and update their records.
Click the Registrants tab in the banner at the top of the page.
The Registrants > Registrant page displays.
Click the Non-Verified Names link in the menu.
The Non-Verified Names > Registrant page displays.
In the Registrant Search Criteria section, enter either the user's Last Name, Last Four Digits of SSN, or Date of Birth, and then click Search.
A list of Registrants that match the search criteria displays.
To select the appropriate Registrant, click the corresponding Select button.
Note: -_Help Desk users are not able to update Registrants with non-verified names, so no Select button is displayed on the page.
The Update Non-Verified Names > Registrant : Last_Name, First_Name page displays.
In the Update Names section, enter either the user's Correct Last Name, Correct First Name, and Correct Middle Name, and then click Save.
The system prompts you to confirm the change.
Click OK.
The system displays a new popup window with the status of the change and sends an e-mail to the Registrant notifying them that their name has been changed.
Click OK.
The Update Non-Verified Names > Registrant: LastName, FirstName page displays the changes made to the Registrant's Name.
